Biometric Screenings, Vaccines Available
HR is excited to announce our fall line-up of on-site health events that will include flu shots, biometric screenings, and covid booster shots conducted by our health partner, Integrated Health21. The events are scheduled for the week of October 10th, at all locations:

FLU SHOTS
During this week, all employees may sign up for a flu shot by signing up on a sign-up sheet at your location. Remote employees may email hr@triblive.com to sign up. The cost of the flu shot will be directly billed to your insurance provider; so please be sure to bring a copy of your insurance card to your appointment. Vaccines for employees who are not covered by insurance will be paid for by the company. Employees who are unable to attend an on-site clinic should be reminded that a flu vaccine is considered preventive care and is covered 100% by insurance. Flu shots can be obtained at your PCP’s office or at your local pharmacy, generally without an appointment.
The deadline to sign up is Friday, September 23, 2022.
BIOMETRIC SCREENINGS
Employees enrolled in our Highmark health plans may also register for a Biometric Health Screening (finger prick) that will measure total cholesterol, HDL, LDL triglycerides, glucose, and blood pressure. This screening requires 12-hour fasting. There is no cost to eligible employees for this screening.
If participating in the Trib Wellness Incentive Reward Program for 2022-2023, participation in this event will count towards the completion of one of the required components of the program. Employees who are unable to attend an on-site event will have the option of registering instead for a visit to a participating lab or the option to provide results from their physician for credit towards the Trib Wellness Incentive Program.
The deadline to sign up is Friday, September 23, 2022.
COVID BOOSTERS
New this year, all employees may sign up for a Covid-19 Booster, if eligible, by signing up on a sign-up sheet at your location. Remote employees may email hr@triblive.com to sign up. The cost of the booster will be directly billed to your insurance providers, so please be sure to bring a copy of your insurance card to your appointment.
This is a booster shot and can be the first or second booster. All employees that have completed a primary series and are beyond four months of completing the primary series are eligible for the first booster. Anyone over the age of 50 years old or who is immune compromised is eligible for a second booster.
Please bring your vaccination card with you.
The deadline to sign up is Friday, September 23, 2022.
