Congratulations to our Q4 President's Circle Awardees for 2022!

Jenna Poorbaugh - Advertising 

Jenna is an Advertising & Marketing Consultant who has been with the Trib for 7 years. Prior to coming to the Trib, Jenna proudly served as a waitress for 10 years.

Jenna was our top sales performer for the 4th quarter of 2022, making and exceeding her sales budget each month of the quarter!

"In December, when the Best of the Best spadea was about to be canceled due to a lack of sales, Jenna took it upon herself to rally the team and turn things around," said Jessica Rocco. "Within 3 hours, the spadea sold out!"

Jenna is the proud mom of 4 kids who keep her busy with baseball, basketball, dance, cheer, karate, school & daycare. They love going on vacation, taking weekend trips and going camping. She and her family live in South Greensburg.

Mark Malone - Audience Engagement 

Mark Malone, Audience Engagement Specialist, has been with Trib Total Media for 26 years. He has held several positions in Circulation such as a District Manager and Circulation Manager for The Daily Courier. He was also Newspaper In Education Coordinator and one of his favorite parts of the job was moderating the Scripps National Spelling Bee for Fayette and Westmoreland counties.

In his current role, Mark takes incoming phone calls from subscribers and also places outgoing calls to potential, former, and current customers.

"Mark has excellent customer service skills," said Patty Klingensmith. "He listens intently to customers' concerns and professionally and calmly works to resolve their issues. For many of our customers, he is the face of the Trib!"

Mark is also one of Santa's helpers each year when he helps process letters from Santa for Operation Santa Claus.

Mark has lived in Ruffs Dale his entire life but has traveled to all of the Disney theme parks worldwide!

Jerry DiPaola - Editorial 

Veteran sports reporter Jerry DiPaola has been with Trib Total Media for 30 years. He currently covers University of Pittsburgh athletics and previously served as Steelers beat writer and high school sports editor.

"I don't think there's any doubt that Jerry has to be the most prolific writer in Tribune-Review/Valley News Dispatch history," said Dave Williams. "Sometimes he writes stories from different beats on the same day! I've admired his unrelenting drive for decades."

Jerry lives in Cranberry Township with his wife of 45 years, Tess. They spend much of their time attending sporting events for their six grandchildren.
