Trib Total Media announces I CARE Awards

Trib Total Media is proud to announce the I CARE Awards program, designed to recognize and reward excellence among our employees.

“Several years ago, we established 5 core values for our organization – Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect and Evolution,” said Jennifer Bertetto, President and CEO. “This program represents our commitment to those values and honors employees for embracing those values.”

Employees who have been employed by Trib Total Media, 535media or Print Source for at least 6 months are eligible. Eligible employees may be nominated for the award for exemplary achievements or efforts in one or more of the following areas: 
  • Exhibiting our core values of Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect and Evolution.  
  • Making a difference to Trib Total Media, 535media, PrintSource and/or the communities that we serve.  
  • Going above and beyond expectations. 
  • Exceling as a team player. 

Through the I CARE Awards, Employees of the Quarter will be selected 4 times each year and an Employee of the Year will be selected from among the quarterly honorees. I CARE Employees of the Quarter will each receive a $100 bonus. The I CARE Employee of the Year will receive a $2000 bonus.

For the sake of this program, employees will be divided into 3 departments – Advertising, Editorial and Business. Business will consist of all other departments including Marketing, Circulation, Human Resources, Production, Accounting, 535media, Print Source, etc. One Employee of the Quarter will be selected from each of these 3 departments.

Nominations may be submitted at any time by completing the online nomination form at https://tribtotal.secondstreetapp.com/I-CARE-Awards-Nomination-Form/.  Nomination forms are due by the last day of each quarter.

Awardees will be announced in the new and improved Trib Scoop employee newsletter which will be emailed to all employees each month.
